Quiche

Dear Readers,

Since learning that our kids love eggs.....I have been trying to bring them into more meals. So, I have tried to make quiche. Since I do not eat eggs, this was a new experience. But a good one!

Quiche

Crust:

1 stick oleo
1 cup whole wheat flour
pinch of salt

mix together and form into a ball and then roll out

8+ eggs
1-2 cups milk
1 large red pepper
1 medium onion
1-2 cups chopped ham
3 large mushrooms
salt and pepper
garlic powder
italian seasonings

I first mixed the chopped ingredients and set aside.

Then, I mixed up the eggs milk and spices and poured on top. After mixing a little, I poured it into a quiche pan.

Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown and tasty. Approximately 25 minutes.

Bon Appetit!
