Dear Readers,
I know another post about stuffed french toast. But, it is now a family favorite. This time I had some beautiful pears to use.
Slice pears and saute in butter with a little salt and pepper.
When the pears were mostly cooked, I added cinnamon and a little sugar.
Cook the french toast to taste and add butter to the inside. Then spoon a little compote in the middle and top with whipped cream.
Yum!
