The Weekend and Spaghetti!

Dear Readers,

It is fall! This season brings cooler weather, changing leaves and studying recipes. I love the Julia Child's cookbooks.  If you have a chance to pick up thee books, please do. They are detailed and sophisticated.


Since it is fall, I made some wonderful spaghetti. Here is the recipe for the sauce.

1 large onion, chopped
3 stalks celery
3 Tblsp. Chopped Garlic
3 cups chopped mushrooms
1 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
sauce-your favorite kind
2 pounds cooked ground chicken or turkey (spiced)

slow cook for 4 hours on high in the crock pot. Serve with your favorite pasta.
